MUSINGS FROM A WEEK LONG RAW FOOD JUICE CLEANSE

I’m still here in the middle of my week long incredible raw green juice cleanse. I do this every year with one of my best friends, and once again I always arrive thinking, “I’m healthy; this will be easy.” After literally one day of eating all raw with no salt (not even the healthy Himalayan or Sun Fire Salt), no sugar, no dairy, no nuts. Just full organic, raw, veggies, seeds, sprouts, and fermented foods, I have to tell, wow detox symptoms galore. And not just physical.

All my stuff came up; as my body was clear from the distraction of food digestion and removing toxins, emotional detox then took place. Here is what also came up for me… the toxic thoughts. Fear, insecurity, the feeling I am just not doing enough, being enough, giving enough, moving fast enough on my business. It felt like a big ball of fire in my system… a red sizzling ball of fear.

First step feel it, the second step surrender to truth.

The journey this week was releasing this fear and stepping fully into the truth. The truth that came through after a couple days of headaches, nausea, intense spiritual pain I had the knowing… I am, as we all are, an infinite abundant expression of the divine Universe. I am here to give my message and live my unique mission. I truly believe this is a friendly Universe guiding us to that specialized mission we are here to live on the planet. As we surrender to our proper strategies and inner authorities we are easily guided to our life purpose. But it is not a path for those who are unwilling to face their fear, or be in the discomfort of the unknown. It is for the warriors, the spiritual leaders, those who want to be free and live a life that reflects their hearts.

WOW, I feel so clean, so alive, so clear and awake! It was hard doing green juice for 3 days but it healed me; it transformed my fear in taking the next steps in my business. It is so amazing what a detox will do.
