This will include coaching skills based on spiritual and intuitive psychology, as well as inner work and mindset tools, necessary for the facilitation of profound transformation for their clients. This will also include how to utilize Human Design for your clients. We will be combining both basic Human Design principles and Spiritual Psychology. This means that you will know how to read your clients’ charts and explain to your clients about how this intel can enhance their personal development.
In determining whether this certification course is the right fit, the prerequisite is having a creative coaching modality already, be it healing, spiritual, business, transformational, life coaching, etc. It is important to already know what your coaching niche is. You must also desire and see the value of using Human Design intel to better support your clients.
Please note that you will not be able to call yourself a Human Design Guide or a Human Design Analysist. I suggest maintaining your current coaching modality as your title, but letting your clients know, after you have been certified, that you also able to understand and convey their Human Design, in addition to your various other modalities. You can officially use the title Human Design Specialist if you choose to do so.
The curriculum for the Creative Coaching Certification for Human Design Specialists will be divided into the following four parts and the investment is broken down per each level.
LEVEL 1: HUMAN DESIGN BASICS
How to operate as yourself, as well as interact with the different Aura Types. This will include Aura Type, Inner Authority and how to recognize, hold, & lead with this knowledge, for all clients that you will be working with. This is a deep de-conditioning process. We go through all of the shadows and how you have been living your NOT-SELF theme. Expect A-HA moments with each class. You will see how people operate through their Not-Self and have a clear understanding of how to de-condition and live as your authentic self.

LEVEL 2: THE FORCE OF THE CENTERS
This is the Individual, Tribal, Collective pressures on each of the Centers. Where the Centers correlate to the body and how to decondition. This assists clients in learning how to decondition and learn their shadow aspects. Knowing your shadows assists your clients in all areas of their lives. This is particularly important as we move towards the 2027 mutation. We are moving into the Era of the Individual, and this is important to understand. The tribal systems including government, religion, banks, along with all other institutions will lose their power and their grip on people. The collective will need to understand that their only authority is their OWN INNER AUTHORITY! You will learn how to help people with this knowledge.
LEVEL 3: THE GATES AND THE CHANNELS
This is the deep insights into each of the Gates and Channels in the Human Design chart. You really need to understand how each Gate and Channel operates in your own chart, as well as others. This is the most powerful experience I have ever had. People will see these aura mechanics show up in their inner circle, every time we go through this. You'll experience extreme synchronicity.
LEVEL 4: MASTER TEACHER LEVEL
The practice and the art of reading a chart. You can always use this with any introduction of a new client, a new business partner, a new team... and new relation. You will know how people work best together and the best way to serve each client. This is invaluable intel for the rest of your life + increase streams of income coming into your business, having the ability to coach your clients with this intel to serve their highest life purpose and guide them with life or business issues in relationship to their chart.
This is a mentorship program, so we will assist you individually wherever you are at.

Global Cycles
This is the study of the changing of the wheel. Incredibly vital right now as we move into the current shift here in 2020. Right now what we are seeing is the break down of the Cross of Planning. This is relevant for every business because none of the aura mechanics in place that held these systems in place will be there by 2027. According to RA URU HU, he believes this Human Design intel was given to him for this time. This is a TOOL that is imperative to navigate these changes. Meaning if you are relying on your mind to make decisions in life and business you will spin out into chaos and confusion. This is about helping to decipher the story and power of the Incarnation Cross and what exactly it means to surrender to your Cross, as well as how to do readings on others' Incarnation Crosses.

This of course is an entire year long course when you get certified in this intel. So, this will be an introduction of this intel, how to integrate it into your business, live it, share it with clients. These are the BUSINESS aspects of Human Design, downloaded by Ra Uru Hu right before he made his transition.
An Overview of Your Business
We can look at each person’s business needs and structures to support their launch. We primarily focus on online techniques including online marketing, Facebook, YouTube, Facebook Ads, funnels. This is primarily the foundation we built our businesses on and what we teach. Of course, there are a myriad of other techniques for businesses, our focus however is online.
The Art of Reading a Chart
This includes what aspects of the chart to look at and share first and where to draw the line, to maximize impact and not overwhelm. It is important that your client be able to metabolize what you are sharing, so too much all at once, will have a diminishing effect.
The Power of Keynoting a Chart
Oftentimes, many of the Gates, Channels, Centers, and Profile share similar themes, so here we discuss how to identify the weaving narrative your clients' charts are revealing. This is a poetry of sorts and each of you will have a different way of communicating your insights. This is considered THE ART OF DIFFERENTIATION.
FORMAT OF THE CLASSES
Modules: All materials will be available in audio format and written notes will be provided for every week’s modules, as well.
There will be a weekly pre-recorded content piece that you will need to listen to, prior to the subsequent LIVE call, the weekly 60-90 minute LIVE call (that will include time for HOT SEAT coaching), and also homework that will be centered around the given week’s pre-recorded content piece.
A final project will also be assigned, after each section has been completed and upon successful completion of the particular section’s final project, you will be sent a certificate documenting the completion of that particular level, however the Creative Coaching certification will not be granted until you have successfully completed all four levels.
Our entire team is available for email support for any emotional, Human Design, or business questions that may come up during this course. You would also not be the only one to get rocked, when you begin the journey of deconditioning.
